What do I do?
I create workshops and learning experiences
I write talks, articles and books
I build relationships and use what I have learnt to help you learn
How do I work?
Something I have learnt over my career in education is that the content is not the most important thing – that’s right, the thing you want to learn is not most important.
What is important is the relationship between the person wanting to learn and the person they are learning with.
Everything I do has to start with the relationship we have otherwise, you won’t learn the thing you want to learn.
It’s all about being safe, trusting the person who will lead you to the learning and believing that person wants you to learn (or even that you can learn).
Sometimes I call myself a teacher, a trainer or a facilitator, at times I am a mentor or coach, occasionally an educator but mostly I am a learner, just like you.
